I built it because I’ve been on both sides of success and struggle — and I know how costly it is to move forward without clear direction.

Shed building became that path.

Over the past 17 years, I’ve refined this approach through real work, real customers, and real decisions — not theory.

Since opening the Shed Academy, John has taught 100's of students his unique business model that has resulted in over 50 million dollars of shed sales for his students.

My goal is to guide each of my students personally. I offer 1-on-1 coaching calls twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and host weekly Q&A sessions live within the Mentorship program on Wednesday evenings.

My students range from people looking to build sheds part-time and build one shed per month. While other students are eager to go full-time as soon as possible. Those students can expect to build 2-3 sheds per week or 8-12 sheds per month.

I know the power and impact the Shed Academy program has had on my students lives. I have witnessed many of my students purchase new trucks and buy buildings to run their business, I have seen students hit 400k in sales their first year. I have had students personally call me on Christmas just to tell me how thankful they were and how my program changed their lives.

The Shed Academy system works. I would never put my name on something that didn’t. This is not a get rich quick scheme. This business model is old school and simple math can prove that. The figures below represent a very conservative business projection building full time.

If we apply that math to a full time goal of building 72 sheds per year it would look like this.
